List formatting problem

In my browser (Firefox 15.0.1) there's problem with the first item in each bulleted list on the Links page at http://www.russellhoban.org/links. In IE 9 there's a different problem with the same items. I can't see anything wrong with the code so I guess it must be a CSS issue.

Thanks Peter - yes this is some odd browser-related CSS issue. It doesn't happen in Chrome! The first block of links in the page doesn't have the issue while the others do and yet as far as I can see the blocks are configured the same and the styles applied are also the same.
